Pega Introduction / What is Pega / Why Pega / Pega Starting Lession : Pega tool is developed by Pegasystems it is US based software company located in  Cambridge, Massachusetts. Pega RULES process commander or PRPC is a comprehensive platform for building and deploying BPM, CRM, Decision management and Case management applications. It is a powerful, flexible platform that can do almost anything but it focuses on automating our work and automating our programming.

BPM: Is a business process management, which is used to maintain the organizational workflows to obtain or to get a quality work or good productivity.

* Rules are stores as xml document, which are written to the rules repository database

* At run-time, the xml documents are passed and converted to javacode for execution
